Vegan ‘Baileys’ Irish Cream Liqueur..

  • Blender


  • 75 ml Scotch Whiskey or Irish Whiskey
  • 60 ml strong fresh coffee cooled or 1 heaping tsp of instant coffee dissolved in a small amount of boiling water
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 can coconut milk 14 oz
  • 4-6 tbsp agave syrup or more to taste


  • Place everything in a blender and whizz for 2 minutes or until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness/whiskey strength or coffee strength as desired.
  • Whizz again.
