Great for snacks, sandwiches and parties!
- 1 15 oz canned chickpeas drained, rinsed
- 3 - 4 tbsp tahini
- 1 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 - 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch sea salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup water - more if you need
Add all ingredients in your blender and pulse until evenly blended.
If you want a thinner hummus, just add small amounts of water at a time.
