Classic Hummus

Great for snacks, sandwiches and parties!

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz canned chickpeas drained, rinsed
  • 3 - 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch sea salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water - more if you need

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in your blender and pulse until evenly blended.
  • If you want a thinner hummus, just add small amounts of water at a time.
